Welcome to PCOS Unfiltered: Nourish, Heal, Thrive. I'm Lindsie, certified health and nutrition coach, former ER nurse, and a woman who had her own major health scare. Now here's the thing, I don't have PCOS, but I've sat at the bedside of women who do. In pain, overwhelmed, dismissed, and desperate for answers. I've heard their stories in the ER. Stories filled with frustration, fear, and frankly, exhaustion. From being told, you just need to lose weight, or it's just your hormones. I saw their struggles from the outside, feeling defeated and judged, and I knew there had to be a better way to support healing, not just manage symptoms. Then, years later, when my own health spiraled, migraines, bloating, low energy, an unhealthy gut, and hormonal chaos making the thought of an autoimmune disease a reality, I realized just how broken the system really is. That's when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started listening to my body. That's when everything changed and I healed. This podcast is for every woman who's been brushed off, talked down to, or told that PCOS is something she just has to deal with. Here we get real about what's going on beneath the surface. From insulin resistance, emotional eating, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance, and what you can actually do to support your body. In addition to solo episodes, I'll be joined by experts, fellow coaches, and women who are learning to trust their hunger, rebuild their relationship with food, and finally feel at home in their bodies again.
